An open letter to Mother Nature

Dear Mother Nature,

We get it... we get that you are not happy....You do not need to keep reminding us with torrential rain. We are not that dumb.

As the allergy gods have probably already told you this freaking rain is creating way too much mold outside.  It is very difficult to determine if my allergies are getting better without Trixie when we have all of this freaking water and mold everywhere. I am horribly allergic to mold. 

Having a stream on our property was wonderful..... note I said was..... now that we have standing water all of the time we are concerned the West Nile mosquitos are going to become permanent residents.  We do not need any more unwanted visitors, we already have 7 unwanted  feral cats.....remember??????? 

Oh.. and in case that wasn't enough........ each freaking time there is a downpour outside we coincidentally get some random unrelated thing leaking inside.  For the hurricane the bathtub leaked, today I come home and the dehumidifier was crying all over my basement floor.
